QA1 designed their MUK01 Tubular K-Member for the 1979-1993 Ford Mustang. This bolt-in K-member allows owners of 1979-1993 Mustangs to use their choice of engines while enjoying significant weight savings, increased header clearance, and improved geometry.
Made from high-quality American-made HSLA steel, this tubular design is over 50% lighter than the stock K-member, weighing only 25 lbs! Ideal for street performance, autocross, Pro-Touring or drag racing.
These K-members maintain optimum anti-dive geometry and minimize bump steer issues on Mustangs with a lowered stance.
