This Howards Cams 199265-16 American Muscle Hydraulic Roller Camshaft fits the Gen III/IV LS engines from 1997 through Present. Howards designed this cam for street/strip use and it is a near duplicate of the GM #12561721. A 9.5:1+ compression ratio and a 2100+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
