This Howards Cams CL220991-08 SBF 351W Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft and Lifter Kit fits the Ford 351 Windsor engine from 1969-1996. Howards designed this cam for street/strip use, and it features good low and mid-range horsepower and a smooth idle. A 9.0:1+ compression ratio, 4-barrel carburator, heads, and a 2100+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
