Description

ACC Performance designed this Boss Hog 4701HD Night Stalker Torque Converter for Towing with GM TH350 transmissions. This hand-built 12” converter has a stall speed 200-300 RPM over stock, and it has been leak and pressure tested as well as digitally balanced. 

All Boss Hog torque converters are welded at the fins, not furnace-brazed, eliminating erosion over time. They include industrial-strength Torrington-type bearings that handle more torque than light-duty needle bearings. Aircraft aluminum washers instead of inferior fiber washers ensure all power transfers directly to the ground.

Notes:  Actual stall speed will vary depending on your vehicle’s setup. This converter will also fit a TH400 with the proper flexplate, but it will NOT interchange with the TH350C. Use Type F transmission fluid for best results.

Boss Hog recommends a “Street Bandit” series torque converter if you have upgraded intake, headers, exhaust, cam, or gearing. An “Outlaw” series torque converter is highly recommended if you have a Trans Brake, Nitrous Oxide, Turbocharger or Supercharger.
