This Comp Cams 01-418-8 BBC Xtreme Energy Hydraulic Roller Camshaft fits the 454-502 Gen VI Big Block Chevy from 1996-1999. Comp designed this cam for high performance street/strip use, and it features strong low-end torque. A 9.5:1 or higher compression ratio, an improved intake manifold, headers, lower gears, and a 2600+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
