Description
This Edelbrock 7157 Pontiac Performer RPM Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft fits 350-455 cubic inch Pontiac engines. Edelbrock designed this cam for street performance use, and it features great low-end torque as well as a smooth idle.
This camshaft kit produces 422 horsepower and 441 ft-lbs. of torque when matched with Edelbrock’s 7156 intake manifold and 60599 cylinder heads on a 455 engine! A 9.0:1+ compression ratio, lower rear end gears and a 1900+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
