This Howards Cams 224455-12 SBF Retro-Fit Hydraulic Roller Camshaft fits the 221-302 cubic inch, 351 Windsor and 5.0L Small Block Ford from 1963-2002. Howards designed this cam for street/strip performance, and it features strong low-end power and a smooth idle. A 11.0:1+ compression ratio, good heads, and a 3600+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.Works best with big cubic inch.
