Description
This Howards Cams 417251-15 Pontiac American Muscle Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft fits 265-455 cubic inch Pontiac engines from 1955-1981. Howards designed this camshaft as a near-duplicate of the Pontiac Ram Air III 366hp/400 cam (GM #9785744), and it features nice low to mid-range torque & horsepower, and has a smooth idle. A 9.5:1+ compression ratio and a 2200+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
