This Howards Cams CL212141-08 SBF Hydraulic Flat Tappet Camshaft and Lifter Kit fits the 221-302 Ford engines (except 302 H.O.) from 1963-1995. Howards designed this cam for street/strip performance, and it features a broad power band, strong top end power, and a lopey idle. A 9.0:1+ compression ratio and a 3000+ stall speed torque converter are highly recommended.
