K&N designed this 63-2578 63 Series AirCharger Cold Air Intake Kit to fit 2011-14 Ford Mustang GT 5.0L V8 engines. This kit dramatically reduces intake restrictions as it smooths as well as straightens airflow. In addition, it comes with a vented, carbon fiber topped K&N high-flow air filter that directs air into the custom molded intake for a guaranteed power gain.
The oversized design oiled cotton filter media only requires cleaning every 100,000 miles under normal highway driving conditions. Typical installation can also be completed in under 90 minutes with simple hand tools using your existing factory mounting points!
