Description
PRW Power designed these 1135001 Pushrod Guideplates for 265-400 Small Block Chevy engines from 1955-2000. They reduce the unwanted sideways motion of the pushrod under load. This keeps the rocker arm stabilized, making the valve operation much smoother and more efficient.
Made from heat-treated Chromoly Steel to prevent premature wear, then specially tumbled for a smoother finish and black oxide coated to resist corrosion.
These guideplates maintain correct alignment and proper valvetrain operation without breakage under high loads and high RPM. They are designed to work with chromoly racing or high performance pushrods (not for use with stock pushrods).
A must have for high performance engines!
