Transit 148 Crew Wall Kit

The kit is CNC cut from 1/4” material of your choice. The van panel kit is specifically designed for the crew floor plan and includes rear walls, rear ceiling, and rear doors. It is patterned for 4 lights in the ceiling and for all of the factory threaded inserts for hanging/attaching your overheads and furniture. The ceiling also gives access to the locations of factory holes where riv nuts can be added for additional fastening points. Crew wall to ceiling support included.  Foam trim pieces to transition from the rear cargo area to the front passenger area are included.

Baltic Birch:  

• higher quality material
• better Screw retention
• multi ply
• the standard in the van building material
• price and availability are a challenge 

Underlayment:

• readily available
• cost effective
• less rigid so conforms to the contours a bit easier
